Vettai’s audio and trailer launched began at around 7 pm at the Anna Centenary Library Auditorium. Jegan and Ramya hosted the show. The program began with UTV’s Dhananjayan making a speech and an audio-visual on UTV.
The event also marked Lingusamy’s 10th year in the film industry.
Madhavan, who plays one of the lead stars in Vettai, said that he is happy to work with Lingusamy, the director who had given him the hit film Run.
Amala Paul imitated director Lingusamy onstage which got her a reverberating applause.
Arya managed to capture the audiences’ attention by dancing to the Pappa Pappa song which has become a rage now. His close buddies – Jiiva, Vishal, Jayam Ravi, and Venkat Prabhu made it to show. During his speech Arya said that he thanks his stars for bringing Vettai to him.
Lingusamy, Arya, Sameera Reddy and Amala Paul were on stage dancing to the tunes from Vettai.
Two songs and a trailer were screened during this audio launch and the look and feel so far has raised the expectation levels.
